  • Site assess­ments and reme­di­a­tion consulting
  • Reg­u­la­to­ry guid­ance and per­mit­ting assistance

All ser­vices are deliv­ered in accor­dance with the spe­cif­ic scope, time­line, and fees out­lined in our ser­vice agree­ment or proposal.

2. Professional Advice Disclaimer

AEM pro­vides envi­ron­men­tal con­sult­ing ser­vices, which may include but are not lim­it­ed to:

  • Infor­ma­tion pro­vid­ed on our web­site is for gen­er­al infor­ma­tion­al pur­pos­es only and does not con­sti­tute pro­fes­sion­al or legal advice.
  • Project-spe­cif­ic rec­om­men­da­tions are pro­vid­ed only under a signed con­sult­ing agreement.
  • While we strive for accu­ra­cy, envi­ron­men­tal data and com­pli­ance require­ments may change, and we can­not guar­an­tee that infor­ma­tion will remain cur­rent after deliv­ery of our reports.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All reports, stud­ies, assess­ments, and oth­er deliv­er­ables pre­pared by AbbeyEM remain our intel­lec­tu­al prop­er­ty until full pay­ment is received.
  • Upon full pay­ment, clients are grant­ed a non-exclu­sive license to use the deliv­er­ables for their intend­ed purpose.
  • You may not repro­duce, dis­trib­ute, or mod­i­fy our mate­ri­als with­out our pri­or writ­ten consent.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Pro­vide accu­rate and com­plete infor­ma­tion required to per­form our services
  • Obtain any nec­es­sary per­mis­sions for site access
  • Com­ply with all applic­a­ble laws and regulations

Fail­ure to pro­vide required infor­ma­tion or access may affect the scope, time­line, and cost of services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • AEM will not be liable for indi­rect, inci­den­tal, or con­se­quen­tial dam­ages aris­ing from the use of our web­site or services.
  • Our total lia­bil­i­ty for any claim relat­ed to ser­vices pro­vid­ed will not exceed the total fees paid for those services.

6. Confidentiality

We will main­tain the con­fi­den­tial­i­ty of client infor­ma­tion and project details, except as required by law or with the client’s writ­ten consent.

7. Payment Terms

  • Pay­ment terms will be out­lined in the ser­vice agreement.
  • Late pay­ments may incur inter­est charges as per­mit­ted by law.
