Michael Schluterbusch
Michael Schluterbusch is the Vice President of AEM. His career in the environmental services spans over 35 years. His on hands experiences with asbestos mold, meth, hazardous materials are too numerous to mention. Some examples include asbestos abatement laborer, remediation, sampling, supervision, project management, industrial hygienist, emergency response team member, competent person, management planner, project designer, scopes of work that are executable with owner protecting specifications, expert witness and trainer.
He consults with clients in government and private industry, including Department of Energy, insurance companies, hospitality, hospitals, building owners, school districts, and regulatory. He has founded three successful businesses, helped several asbestos abatement startups with environmental and safety compliance processes, and is an advisor to several diverse businesses in strategic planning, project management, and development.
Michael is one of the most respected environmental trainers in the states of Colorado and Wyoming. Michael also holds a LEED AP certification.

Kathleen Flanagan
Kathleen Flanagan is President of AEM and certified as WBE, SBE, DBE, and EBE. She is a seasoned veteran of the legal field, having assembled teams of paralegals to examine and develop research into the complex worlds of oil and gas production. She has over 14 years of experience in creating reports and sample databases specific to the environmental services industry. This vast experience includes helping develop sampling protocols, executing the event, and gathering the field and other research to develop extensive, customer-oriented, useful reports in a timely manner.

Bruce DelGrasso

Bruce has extensive experience in the Colorado area, augmented by assignments throughout the United States and overseas, giving Bruce a unique understanding of working with diverse cultural values and disparate objectives.
Throughout a career encompassing a wide variety of projects and industries (commercial construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, schools, hospitals), coupled with an approach based on coaching rather than policing, training rather than hoping, Bruce fosters a pragmatic approach; keeping everyone safe while controlling costs, ensuring quality, and maintaining schedules.
